Resulting in them having to make certain changes on how the company chooses to operate in order to stay successful. 1.1.1 Natural Disasters With Top Choice Capital focusing solely on properties in LA and Ventura County there a couple natural disasters they should consider for. Such as earthquakes, mudslides, and brush fires. These are definitely out of their control no matter how much they prepare for it so it would be wise to consider these risk when acquiring new properties.
