For the last five weeks, I have been learning how a company can combine research from multiple sources to create an effective marketing campaign, and continually review in order to refine their campaign. Each week for the simulation, I learned about the different aspects that go into a business on the products side and there were different topics in the simulation that I learned about. Each round of the simulation is different each week and I will make decisions for each round based on what I think needs to be changed. In this paper, I will talk about my team’s results for rounds 1-6, a reflection of the entire simulation and the conclusion. I will also answer these questions in my paper: What were the most significant results of the week? If you had the opportunity to changeone of your decisions this week, which one would you choose? What would you do differently? Why? Did your team’s strategic plan change this week? If so, how and why? What was your team’s strategy for launching your new product? This means that the marketing goal of $26 million has been met and we can see thisis a 7% increase on last year’s contribution. According to the forecasts, we have at least met our objectives for this year. The most significant results of the week was seeing the decisions we entered for this round and seeing the results of that. We will know how our decisions will turn out because we followed the videos so that our team would not make any mistakes on the simulation. If we had the opportunity to change one of our decisions this week, we would choose not to change anything because we watched the videos and followed along so that we would not make any mistakes on the simulation and it also made it easy for us to understand what we were doing in the simulation.
