2. Supervisors will understand what safeguards are required for each piece
   of equipment and know how to ensure employees are operating the
   equipment in the safest way possible.
3. Supervisors will understand why fall safety equipment is required and will
   know to keep these safeguards on hand and in use at all times. They will
   also know how to order these items if they do not already have them.
4. Supervisors will understand why it is important to keep all first aid
   supplies in stock and in date. They will also know how to order supplies
   when necessary.
   A6. BEHAVIOR CHANGES AS A RESULT OF TRAINING
5. Supervisors will conduct a daily PPE check before beginning work to
   ensure all employees have and are using their PPE correctly.
6. Supervisors will conduct equipment checks, prior to beginning work to
   ensure all safeguards are in place and continuously check them
   throughout the day to keep equipment as safe as possible.
7. Supervisors will take a daily and weekly inventory to order fall safety
   equipment that is missing or in short supply. The supervisors will also
   perform checks to ensure this equipment is being used when necessary.
8. Supervisors will keep an inventory of all items in the first aid kit and order
   any needed or expired supplies at the end of each week.
   A7. PROGRAM DESIGN
   The training program will be a mix of internal and external designs. On the
   OSHA there is mention of a 30-hour train the trainer course. The supervisors at
   Alliah Construction will complete this course and receive their trainer certification.
   This will guarantee the supervisors are training the employees in compliance with
   OSHA standards. The supervisors can then train the employees internally saving
   the company the cost of training all employees externally.
   A8. DELIVERY METHOD
9. The first delivery method will be an instructor led lecture and discussion-
   based learning. This will give the supervisors the opportunity to explain in
   detail how the employees should do the job to maintain OSHA
   compliance. This will give employees the chance to ask questions if they
   don’t understand something. A test will be given at the end of the course
   to gauge the employees understanding of the content.
10. The second delivery method will be on the job training. This will give the
    employees the opportunity to put what they learned into hands-on work.
