Layman Software house is dealing with international clients and facing the challenge of effective communication. As the accent and communication style varies from country to country, it’s getting difficult for employees to reach the potential buyers and consumers with effective communication. As effective communication is the key to uphold business with potential buyers/consumers for a long. As this challenge is striking the need to take corrective actions is higher for the Layman Software House. 

The first step is the identification of the problem which is clear in this scenario as the international audience needs effective communications from software house employees. The next step which is required here is to adopt strategies that can help the management to get maximum output from employees. The following discussion will consist of the strategies that will help the employee and higher management to reach the level of excellence in international communication and satisfy their potential clients:

· Training sessions: The first thing that will help the management to overcome this challenge is to train employees.
