Assignment 2-7: Solution Presentation

So far, you have proposed and analyzed solutions, selected a solution, designed the integration of the selected solution, and generated a deployment plan. However, you have one very important thing left to do before you can actually go ahead and implement the solution. As the CIO, you will need to communicate the final comprehensive solution to all stakeholders. The stakeholders’ approval is needed before proceeding with the implementation process.

Based on your communication, the stakeholders will decide whether or not to approve the solution for implementation. Since a lot of the stakeholders might not have a technical background, they might not be overly interested in the technical details. They will be more interested in the overall benefits the solution would provide for the organization. Stakeholders want to make sure the implementation of the solution would justify the investment before granting their final approval. In addition, they are generally top-level executives of the organization and have only limited time to listen to your communication. How prepared are you to effectively communicate your solution to such an audience?

For this Assignment, you will individually communicate the final, comprehensive solution to all stakeholders.

Individually, create a PowerPoint presentation of 12–15 slides for the purpose of communicating the recommended comprehensive solution to the stakeholders.
