Completed and revised manual in week 7 of the course

Start by reading and following these instructions:

1. Quickly skim the questions or assignment below and the assignment rubric to help you focus.

2. Read the required chapter(s) of the textbook and any additional recommended resources. Some answers may require you to do additional research on the Internet or in other reference sources. Choose your sources carefully.

3. Consider the discussion and any insights you gained from it.

4. Create your Assignment submission and be sure to cite your sources, use APA style as required, check your spelling.

Assignment:

Throughout this course, you have developed the key components and elements of an employee manual. You were instructed to complete several policies and procedures that you submitted to your instructor for a grade and specific feedback each week. You were expected to incorporate all feedback provided by your instructor, make any requested changes on your end, and then submit your completed and revised manual in week 7 of the course.

Leaders are often expected to present their ideas to stakeholders. In this final week of the course, you will convert this manual into a PowerPoint presentation. The purpose of this presentation is to inform employees of the new policies and the changes that have been made within the organization. This presentation should include at a minimum:

1. A title slide
2. An agenda
3. 15-20 slides of content briefly covering the new policies and procedures.
4. Comprehensive speaker notes, at least 50 words, (excluding the title slide, agenda, and references slide). Much of this content has already been created by you and can be taken from the manual you created. Replicate and save the speaker’s notes in a Microsoft Word document.  Submit this file with the PowerPoint.
5. A reference slide listing all references that were included in the manual and any additional resources used in the making of the PowerPoint.
6. Ten graphics, the use of a design theme, and colors where appropriate.
