Discuss the historical reasoning behind the inclusion of Article V and explain why our founding fathers allowed for the amendment of the Constitution. Identify one amendment made to the Constitution and the impact it has had on citizens. 
Explain why the founding fathers fought to include these rights into the Constitution. Then identify one liberty and explain why you believe this right to be most important. Defend your perspective with facts and case examples (See United States Courts). 
In your own words, explain the free exercise clause and the establishment clause found in the First Amendment. Identify why each clause was thought to be necessary. Provide an example of a current case that has utilized these clauses. (See United States Courts or the Supreme Court Website.) 
Explain the key issues, facts, and significance of the Mapp v Ohio case. Be sure to include in your response an explanation of the 14th amendment and the exclusionary rule. Discuss the impact this case has had on modern day cases. 
Define due process; include each of the two specific types of due process and provide examples. Using examples of specific cases, indicate whether you believe these rights have been increasingly protected or compromised (For examples of cases you can See United States Courts or the Supreme Court Website.)
