Attributes with subjective Abnormal Finding

Location

            Based on the report provided by the patient, the pain originates from the ankle. His right ankle twisted following a dog chase when delivering mails. He jumped and landed awkwardly, leading to the injury.

Quality

            He experiences continuous pain as the swelling increases daily. This affects his ability to walk and relate with others. The pain increases when he walks.

Quantity

            The situation continues getting bad daily, forcing him to take pain killers such as ibuprofen 600mg. He takes the medication thrice a day to regulate the pain. He also explains how he experiences some purplish discoloration just on the top of his foot. The situation creates difficulty for him to walk.

Timing

            The pain seems to ease when he takes the medication. The ibuprofen seems to work effectively in reducing the pain levels (Lax, 2016). However, the pain starts immediately he starts walking. These are the issues that have forced him to come to the hospital to seek further medication.
