In today’s world, there are so many ways to communicate! I would like you to evaluate the communication within your company. Are meetings run effectively? Does your manager do a good job of communicating ideas, performance, expectations? What could be improved upon? While you are not required to formally cite your sources within the forum, you should make sure that you are incorporating information from the readings into your responses. ANSWER

In my place of work, official meetings are conducted by our public affairs chief. Such meetings normally happen on Mondays. On Wednesdays, a meeting for the head of departments is held. Thankfully, that will not be happening in the near future. The Monday meetings will be between departmental heads and those under them. The former will report to the top leadership on Wednesdays. To me, this makes much more sense, and it does free up time for those who have a lot more work to do. Before having everyone in the meeting at once would take up almost two hours of the morning.
