Mailroom clerk’s responsibility will entail the operation of the high volume duplicating machine, copying tasks, shipping and receiving items and supplies, distribution, and handling both incoming and outgoing mails and postage. The clerk will also provide repair and maintenance of the clients’ site equipment. In addition, he or she will be expected to offer bindery, file services, housekeeping, reception services, and act as the call center representative, among other duties. They also may perform other functions such as meeting setups and light maintenance.
Job Requirements

Applicants should meet the following qualification;

Job Functions

  • Run high volume copy machines, ensure that copiers are working properly, doing the binding, and ensuring that work is finished as planned.
