The ePHR dubbed “My Diabetes My Way” was meant to offer access for both clinical data and information regarding people that had diabetes in Scotland with the aim of outlining the experience of users, any limitations to access and consequently enlighten on upcoming developments. The responses were obtained in the form of a questionnaire. The usage pattern and utility of the system were evaluated based on the Likert’s scale.
