I can also comfortably interpret obtained data and link it with psychopathology knowledge to differentiate between normal and abnormal physiological and psychological changes. In treatment, I am confident enough to apply health promotion and disease prevention techniques. Besides, I can independently evaluate my goals outcomes and modify the plan through reflection of learning experiences. I am also good at maintaining professional boundaries and therapeutic relationships with clients while providing non-judgmental care and still showing empathy. In addition, I have no problem practicing within my scope and completing recommendation documents for psychiatric consultations.

Opportunities for growth: In the process of client assessment and evaluation, I encounter challenges with differentiating between conditions that are physiological from psychopathological ones. For that matter, I will need to read widely and practice more to identify differential diagnoses and formulate appropriate working diagnosis. I will also learn and practice on providing appropriate psychoeducation to clients and relatives for optimal effective treatment. I will also need to seek assistance with identifying situations that present ethical dilemmas and learn on formulating possible solutions.

Also, although I can confidently use assessment tools, I need to train on appropriate selection of screening tools and learn on their interpretation. Finally, I need to practice more on practices I have completed with supervision and be in positon to complete them independently including interpretation of assessment data. I will also familiarize myself more with the DSM V criteria to be able to make correct diagnoses from assessment data and screening instruments results.
