Everyones brain is made up of different anatomy that shape the way they areas an individual and how they will respond to everyday situations. Many different concepts surround the mind and its behavioral, emotional, and physical effect on individuals. Conceptual ideas of psychology apply to everyones life in a vast number of ways; the concepts of motivation and emotion, issues related to gender and sexuality, psychological disorders and other mental health issues, and health psychology, stress, and coping strategies are some that apply directly to my life. Motivation and emotion are one concept that can be applied to my life in the sense of my job. Motivation refers to the start, the direction, the intensity and the persistence of behavior (John L.Schinnerer, 2016); in basic terms, knowing why you are doing what you are doing.
