Students will develop a research paper on a topic related to quality management. A research paper is an involved process of reading, critical thinking, source evaluation, and summarizing scholarly materials about a specific topic. The papers are expected to be clear and to the point, well researched and well referenced and without typographical and grammatical errors. The research paper must meet two conditions: 1) it must be a research project, and 2) it must be relevant to quality management (a theory or concept from the textbook would be a good source).

Submit the assignment as an MS Word document.
Must be 5-7 pages (excluding title page, tables, graphics, and references page) in length, double-spaced and formatted according to APA style as outlined in student resource centers and APA guidelines.

Quality management is an important aspect of any organization. It entails overseeing all tasks and activities which have to be undertaken to achieve an anticipated cadre of excellence.
