Submission of registration and order means that you accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions we have. It also means that you accept our Privacy Policy, and accept that you are of legal age.
Who we are
This Website is a research platform where Customers can order research on essays, research on dissertations, and other writing services. The essays, dissertations, and other writing services (defined as Product here and after) are prepared by freelance Writers. Our service ensures Product delivery to customer on condition the Order is fully paid and all required information for Order completion is provided.
Note: By using this Website, placing an order or through other means or checking the terms and conditions box, the Customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions given on this page. If the Customer does not agree to them, the Customer should not use the site or access the services from it. No guarantees are given to the Customer if Customer violates Terms and Conditions given on this page.
Important Definitions:
‘Agreement’ refers to these Terms and Conditions.
‘Company’, ‘Service’, ‘We’ mean the entity that provides independent research and writing services to Customers according to the defined terms laid out in this Agreement.
‘Writer’ is the person, who has agreed to work with the Company on a freelance basis to provide research and writing services under the Company’s terms.
‘Customer’ is the person who places an Order with the Company to obtain the Product according to his or her requirements and governed by the defined terms and conditions laid out in this Agreement.
‘Order’ is an electronic request of a paid service from the Customer for a particular Product and/or service.
‘Order Status’ defines order progress on a particular stage.
‘Product’ is a document in an electronic format that is the final result of Order completion.
‘Product Revision’ is an edited version of the original Product initialized by Customer.
‘Support Team or Support’ is the part of the Company’s organizational structure with the mission to assist and coordinate the Order process.
‘Quality Assurance Department’ signifies the part of the Company’s organizational structure with the mission to guard and evaluate the quality of Product and service provided.
‘Messaging System’ is an interactive feature that ensures communication between the Customer and Support/Writer.
‘Verification Process’ is a procedure required from Customer in order to confirm his/her billing identity to prevent fraud.
‘Store Credit’ is a money account of the Customer within the Company.
Order Instructions:
Once an order has been paid, the writing service holds the right to withhold any further service involving change of original instructions. The responsibility of the site to fulfill the order only extends to the original order details.
Revision:
As a client, you have the right to ask for a revision for free as long as it is within 14 days of receipt of the original order. Rewrites will be done if you can present good evidence that the paper was not written to the original order specs. Any revisions undertaken will follow the original order specifications, and we reserve the right to refuse any revisions or further changes to an order that we think violates this requirement.
Satisfaction Guarantee
The Product ordered is aimed to be done according to the Client’s initial instructions.
The Company does not and cannot guarantee that any of writing services such editing, proofreading, and formatting services will be plagiarism free. Papers and other materials that are not written or made by Our Company will not be scanned or reviewed for possible incidence of plagiarism.
Refunds:
All refunds and cancellations requests should be communicated and expressed in writing by using the Order Messaging System or by emailing the Support Team. In the unlikely event that the Customer is not satisfied with the Product or receive the Product after the specified deadline, the Customer may request a free revision of the order. It is the sole discretion of the Company to approve or disapprove any request on an individual case to case basis
You are entitled to a refund if:
No writer assigned yet: This is a rare situation, but sometimes it happens. The amount of the refund is always 100%.
The writer was confirmed, but you decided to cancel the order. In this case, the amount of refund is 70%, to cover the effort of the company and the writer in attempt to provide you with the services purchased.
Two invoices received: If you are billed twice, you need to notify us immediately. You need to send us both receipts so we can properly address the issue and process the full refund of the extra charge
The writer was confirmed and over a half of remaining deadline has passed, but the customer decided to cancel the order. The amount of refund can be 50%, to cover the effort of the company and the writer in attempt to provide you with the services purchased.
Additional order by mistake: In order to cancel the order placed by mistake, you need to contact the support team via email or livechat as soon as possible. As a result, you need to notify us that the other order is not needed. The order will be treated valid if we did not receive any cancellation request before a writer has been assigned. However, you can still cancel the order but the situations listed above will be applied.
Plagiarized content: If the claim is that the paper is plagiarized, a Turnitin report is needed. There will be NO other reports that can be accepted aside from this or else no refund is possible.
You are not entitled to a refund if:
A grade below expected is received: Please be reminded that we do not give any guaranteed grades. The paper that we create is only for references or samples and not ready for any submission or marking.
Delay payment: If the customer claims that the order has been delayed when the reality is that the payment was also delayed, we shall not bear responsibility for it. Moreover, a refund cannot be requested.
Proofreading, formatting, and Editing orders: Please be reminded that the Order you place for these services contains original content provided by you, that may contain errors of contextual nature. Editing, proofreading and formatting services do not presuppose input to the original context, that was provided in the initial Order instructions.
On time delivery of all the orders is guaranteed. Sometimes delay happens because of the late upload of the needed materials on the customer`s side. In this situation, no refund can be granted.
You Approved the order. Orders under “approved orders” category are not eligible for a refund.
Custom Made Paper:
Every paper we write is completely custom made and written from scratch, unless any quotations from other works are involved. Because they are custom written, our customers can use them however they want.
Confidentiality:
Our confidentiality process is as follows. We keep your information private, but in order to get in touch with you we may find ourselves having to use it in email providers and payment processors, to use two examples. Your information is only used in the instance where we might need to identify you based on a previous order, or your account. We practice the policy of not using login information even if it has been provided to us, and we certainly do not pass that information on to anyone. We and our writers only use the information which was submitted to us through the order form.
Any writing which is produced as a result of collaboration between customer and company is the property of them both. The customer has the right to use the property exclusively for three months, after this point the property reverts back to the company.
Service Outages:
If there is any problem on our end of the site which prevents us from fulfilling our obligations, we will take responsibility for that. We will not take responsibility for any problems on your end of the site which lead to problems with receipt of papers and so on.
Preferred Writer:
If you have a preferred writer, they will get extra money as part of their work on this newest paper. This money is paid on by the customer in an attempt to get their preferred writer to work with them, but if the work is taken on by somebody else, the additional money will be held as credit.
User Data Collection and Usage:
The information we collect from our customers includes the following:

We use your information for commercial purposes only, we may sometimes use it to send the customer promotions and deals. Our Privacy Policy has full explanation of how we use the customer’s information.
